- Managed out-door staff of six to twelve employees;
- Designed and implemented opening and closing procedures;
- Invented and applied caddy scheduling hotline and managed 70 caddies;
- Created caddy ranked payment system and designed an excel-based staff management model to match caddy ratings with member preference and tee times;
- Created the course yardage book – from initial measuring stage to graphic design and page layout to coordinating printing;
- Managed procurement of all locker room supplies and responsible for budgeting and financial reporting.
